Customers who purchase our 5.1 multimedia systems please note that all systems come set in 2.1 mode by default. To engage 5.1 mode and get all 5 speakers to play, simply press the "2.1/5.1" button on the remote. If you have further concerns or need additional assistance you can contact the Authorized Acoustic Audio dealer you purchased from for additional technical support.
